If using it as a lipstick base, you can blot to reduce shine or dab it on lightly with your fingertip. 4. For maximum conditioning, apply a second layer as a leave-on treatment.

As a Lipstick Topper: 1. After applying your lipstick, swipe on the Lip Fetish Sheer Colour Balm. 2. The Balm can be mixed with a matte lipstick formula to add suppleness and a touch of tinted shine.
